Notice to all CJA Attorneys: Beginning March 15, 2025, eVoucher will utilize the new Vendor Management System (VMS) to easily and securely collect tax and banking information and to facilitate electronic funds transfers (EFT) for voucher payments. Filing Deadlines
Pursuant to 3rd Cir. L.A.R. 26.1 and Misc. 113.3(c) documents received after 5:00 p.m. ET on the final day for filing will not be considered timely. A motion to file out of time will be required unless one of the limited exceptions applies.
