Attorneys seeking admission to this Court's bar may apply for admission electronically. Using their PACER account, attorneys will be able to complete an application, upload supporting documents, and pay the admission fee by credit card or ACH payment. Although the Court will continue to accept paper applications for now, attorneys are encouraged to apply through PACER's easy online application. The Court permits pro hac vice admission only for counsel who are representing clients pro bono. All other attorneys must be admitted in order to appear before the Court.
