The Court is closed on the federal holidays listed below. Whenever one of the legal holidays falls on Saturday or Sunday,
the Court is closed on the Friday immediately preceding or the Monday immediately following, respectively. 

• New Years Day - January 1st
• Birthday of Martin Luther King Jr. - 3rd Monday in January
• George Washington's Birthday - 3rd Monday in February
• Memorial Day - last Monday in May
• Juneteenth - June 19th
• Independence Day - July 4th
• Labor Day - 1st Monday in September
• Columbus Day - 2nd Monday in October
• Veteran's Day - November 11th
• Thanksgiving Day - 4th Thursday in November
• Christmas Day - December 25th
