Software Updates

Click here to determine if your computer has a version of Java that is compatible with CM/ECF.

 

 Free Java Download 

 

Recommendation - Deselect the option to download add-ons, such as the Google Toolbar, when updating software necessary to run the CM/ECF application. Such add-ons can hinder features of the CM/ECF application.

Calls to the Helpdesk are answered from 10am to 12pm and 2pm to 4pm.
E-mail is checked and responded to throughout the workday.

 

Downtime

Current Status: CM/ECF is currently available

Scheduled Downtime: Every 2nd Sunday of the month from 8am-12pm

 

NOTE: Due to server maintenance, we may need to make the application unavailable outside of our scheduled downtime.
