Amendments to the Rules of Attorney Disciplinary Enforcement were approved by the Court on July 1, 2015. The Rules establish an inactive status for attorneys who have not entered an appearance in a case in this Court or have not updated their contact information in the past five years. The Clerk’s office is developing procedures for implementing this new program, which may take several months. A form for updating contact information and a report that attorneys and the public can use to check status will be developed and posted on this website. Attorneys will be notified by email when these tools are available. Attorneys NEED NOT take any action to maintain active status until notified by the Clerk’s Office.
